"The Encore is part of the mid price Silver series from Ixos and features their new Gamma Geometry. The sound is very good with a nice fat bass response that's also fast and tuneful. The Encore brought a lot of presence to the sound with a full, if not exactly neutral sound but one that I liked. There was no harshness in the sound of the Encore, it's full and forward but with a sweet treble and very good, deep bass."
