Payment is accepted via the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and the following debit cards: Switch/Maestro, Delta, Solo, and Electron Visa.
We reserve the right to decline any orders placed.
Cancellation of Order
xsrestore.co.uk cannot guarantee that an order will be cancelled once the order has been submitted. Most of our products come directly from the manufacturer. If you need to cancel an order please email us on xsrestore.co.uk with your order number and contact details and we will try our best to assist you with a cancellation. There may be a charge to recover goods after cancellation of order.
Delivery
- Delivery of most orders is 3-5 days (a).
- All deliveries have a delivery fee of £6.50 – UK Mainland.
- If you place an order which is outside the UK Mainland area, we will contact you. We reserve the right to charge additional charges for areas outside mainland UK.
- Our couriers will normally require a signature on delivery, however if no one is in, the courier will leave a card for you to contact them and arrange a more appropriate time to collect or deliver your order. Our collection time is normally 5pm.
Returns & Refunds
Exchange
If you are not pleased with a product and you find it is not suitable for your needs, you must contact us and return the item WITHIN 28 days from the date you receive the order.
Goods must be returned in the same condition you received them. We need all labels and original packaging. Once we receive the goods into our warehouse, they will be checked thoroughly to ensure they have not been used. It may take 10 - 14 days to replace your purchase.

Damages and Manufacturer Defects
We must be notified within 7 days if you find a fault or defect with an item you have received. Once returned to us, we will either exchange the item or refund your purchase accordingly.
All products on our website include free delivery. However some customers request for a guaranteed next day service, which is an additional cost, and this is non refundable if the order is returned.
We can only refund the original card details, or bank account used to make the purchase. We will never refund an order placed with us to a different card number or bank account number.
We will need proof of your purchase, e.g. an order number or address details to verify your order on our system.
You must contact us before returning any goods. You can email us info@ixos.co.uk. We will issue you with a returns number for you to note with a return. If you have not been issued a returns number, your exchange or refund may take 14 - 28 days.
If you want us to arrange to pick up an item to be returned, there maybe a charge of £10 - £20 depending on the size and weight of an item.
