Delivery Policy
Delivery of most orders is 3-5 days (a).
All deliveries have a delivery fee of £7.50 – UK Mainland.
If you place an order which is outside the UK Mainland area, we will contact you. We reserve the right to charge additional charges for areas outside mainland UK.
Our 3rd party couriers will normally require a signature on delivery, however if no one is in, the courier will leave a card for you to contact them and arrange a more appropriate time to collect or deliver your order. Our couriers collect goods from us up to 5pm.
You have the option to have items delivered to your place of work.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Exchange
If you are unhappy with a product and you find it is not suitable for your needs, you must contact us and return the item WITHIN 28 days from the date you receive the order for a prompt exchange.
Items must be returned in the same condition you received them with all labels and original packaging. Once the goods have arrived back to our warehouse, they will be checked thoroughly to ensure they have not been used. It may take 10 - 14 days to refund your purchase from the date your items arrive in our warehouse or the supplier.
Refunds
We will only refund orders that are returned within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order, however we will not refund any additional charges for guaranteed next day delivery and costs incurred to send out goods to you.

Damages and Manufacturer Defects
We must be notified within 7 days if you find a fault or defect with an item you have received. Once returned to us, we will either exchange the item or refund your purchase accordingly.
We can only refund the original card details, or bank account used to make the purchase. We will never refund an order placed with us to a different card number or bank account number.
All products on our website include free delivery. However some customers request for a guaranteed next day service, which is an additional cost, and this is non refundable if the order is returned.
We will need proof of your purchase, e.g. an order number or address details to verify your order on our system.
You must contact us before returning any goods. You can email us shop@ixos.co.uk We will then issue you with a returns number for you to note with a return. If you have not been issued a returns number, your exchange or refund may take 14 - 28 days.
We will then inform you what address you have to send it back to. If you want us to arrange to pick up an item to be returned, there maybe a charge of £10 - £20 depending on the size and weight of an item.
